Hotel Carlton Nice, Partially Renovated

The hotel is tastefully decorated and is well located being within walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais and the old town. Also a few minutes walk from the tram station for the airport. We had a lovely room with a small balcony which overlooked a beautiful tree-lined road. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a lovely relaxing stay.

An adorable hotel, with everything we could need, in a perfect location. A Very short walk to the beach and in another direction, a very short walk to the old town, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the locality. And for those hiring Car it’s approximately €2 for two hours and once you’ve bought your first ticket you can then use the app to extend the parking for as long as you need approximately €12 per day on street parking, there is also a lime bike hire spot about 500 m away from the hotel, so if you wanted to arrive into the airport, you can grab a lime bike and it’s about 10 km to the hotel along the promenade very easy.

The room was big with enough room for suitcases. There was a nice balcony. Location perfect: walkable distance to the beach, train station, tram and old town, yet no heavy traffic. Nice personnel and good service. A beautiful hotel. We will probably come back.

The staff were super friendly. And the AC was much needed. We went there in the summer and the weather was quite warm. The location is also very good. Mostly everything was within walking distance.
