The location was perfect. Tram station from and to Airport was ideal. Few mins walk from hotel. Loved the balcony and when doors were closed the noise from road outside was limited. Short walk to place Massena and old town but tram only two stops to port area. Staff were really nice and friendly.

We booked a budget room and got a comfortable but small room that also unexpectedly had a small balcony. I wanted a simply small room for our final night before return travel, arriving from Marseilles and this seemed like a good fit and turned out to be so.

I don't remember requesting a quiet room and that is not so important for me. The location war great, close to the beach and train station. The little restaurant was very nice for coffee. The next time I would love to have lunch there.

Lovely large room with ample shelving for our packing cubes. Nice breakfast and the location is great. Walk to tram and to train station and to old town. The manager Robert was very helpful with some train problems and all staff very friendly.

The staff was very helpful, asked for directions and recommendations and helped each time without hesitation. The room was quite comfortable and clean. Location is great, close to everything.

The hotel and room itself was clean and tidy with housekeeping attending every day. Given the hotel's close proximity to the main train station and tram network, we used it as a base to travel to different locations in the Côte d'Azur. Breakfast, although basic, was delicious. The hotel is located in a leafy, quiet location - however, the main shopping street, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away (500 yards maximum). Highly recommended, and will be returning again in the near future.

very friendly staff, perfect location to the old town and close to the beach. 11 minute walk to the train station - Antibes, Cannes, Monaco, Menton etc (€6.50 fare). On the first day, we booked breakfast, very tasty and worth the money! Our room had a balcony which was the perfect touch!

Location was perfect for us, close to metro and sights, and the walk to the casino and beach is only a couple minutes. The hotel was clean and the aircon was great, and staff were hospitable. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay
